Orders on average take 1-4 weeks to get delivered to your house. If all items in your order are in stock, the order will ship out faster, normally within 3-5 business days. 

 Since we don't carry too much inventory on hand, we custom make a lot of our Tapestries "on demand" meaning we start to make it once the order is placed. 

When an item or sale becomes popular, shipping times can take a bit longer than usual. We ask all our current and future customers to please be patient with our small business if there is mass hold on orders. Your order will be at your door!

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HANDLING?

Our shipping and handling is $5.95 per most orders, although shipping prices depend upon weights & total number of tapestries ordered. As a bonus any orders over $75 qualify for free shipping! Products and shipments are available only the USA & Canada, no other country outside of North America. 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most of our beautiful products ship within 1-4 weeks through USPS priority mail with a tracking number. Some items will arrive even sooner, as soon as a few days! Average shipping time is around 2-3 weeks. Tracking information will automatically be sent to you as soon as your package ships.

 

WHY DOES SHIPPING TAKE SO LONG?

Most of our products are custom-made not pre-packaged sitting in the warehouse waiting to ship. Which is why it can take up anywhere from 1-5 weeks for your order to arrive from the date the order was placed. We can’t wait for you to get your order!

 

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE DISCOUNTS ON LARGE ORDERS?

WHAT IS A COLLECTION CLOSEOUT?

Our team at Trip Tapestry is constantly working to innovate new & unique tapestry designs. Our customers love amazing deals, and it is our job to provide them to you. In order to keep new products coming, we will be rotating collections often. Once a collection is closed, each design is removed from the store permanently, and never sold again! Closing and opening new collections is what allows us to offer our products at such great deals.
