HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HANDLING?
Our shipping and handling is $5.95 per most orders, although shipping prices depend upon weights & total number of tapestries ordered. As a bonus any orders over $75 qualify for free shipping! These rates apply to US orders only. Please reach out to our customer support to find out international shipping rates.
HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most of our beautiful products ship within 1-4 weeks through USPS priority mail with a tracking number. Some items will arrive even sooner, as soon as a few days! Average shipping time is around 2-3 weeks. Tracking information will automatically be sent to you as soon as your package ships.
WHY DOES SHIPPING TAKE SO LONG?
Most of our products are custom-made not pre-packaged sitting in the warehouse waiting to ship. Each Tapestry must be hand sown to add the finishing touches. Which is why it can take up anywhere from 1-4 weeks for your order to arrive from the date the order was placed. We can’t wait for you to get your order!
